Yesterday, my bro was one of the participants for 50 most Gorgeous people of Female magazine. I got 2 cards, each cards entitled to 2 guests so I brought, Shahir, Mustakim and Chinkok along. When we reached Zouk which was near Grand Copthorne Hotel, the place was rather kinda empty and we feel kinda left out. All of the people there we mostly around 20 to 30 years old. I think we're the youngest of them all.
After calling my bro for some confirmation of the place, we went to Mcdonalds at Great World City as the event hasn't started yet. I only ate half a doublecheeseburger with Mus. There was two caucasian girls beside us. One was obviously fat!! Wahahaha. Anyways, we got back there around 8.30pm just in time for the competition to start.
As the handsome and beautiful hosts introduce the contestants, they eliminate from top 50 to top 10. Sadly, my bro didn't make it. Awww. Well the're always another time. Those guy have all the status and looks to back em up. But everyone's a winner at heart. Being chosen to be top 50 is already an honor. Still, I wasn't quite satisfied with Annabel Tan winning 5 different awards including Miss Gorgeous. Damn!! Did she bribe??
After the whole event, my bro came out quite disappointed but still manage to pick up himself to entertain us for a while. He tried to mingle us with his friends but the age gap was too huge. What can u talk to a woman who's almost twice ur age?? I sure never had such conversation. Anyway, it was rather fun experiencing the atmosphere in Zouk. But there were very little people dancing so around 11 plus, we went off. The music sucks too. We headed back to Khatib and slack under the block opposite Jamal's. Finally, I went back home around 3 plus in the morning. Wat a day. Too bad there weren't many ladies to dance with that night... Too bad.
